President

Cassandra Holden

Cassandra graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Framingham State University. She used her qualitative and quantitative research skills to study human interactions with wildlife on United States Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, at Tufts Wildlife Clinic, and as a Ranger for the National Park Service.

Cassandra left environmental disciplines behind in 2019 and launched an ATM placement company after her uncle introduced her to the business. She discovered the majority of business owners sign up for unsuitable processing solutions that cut deep into their profit margins. Cassandra rebranded her company to Loon Financial, and harnessed her scientific research skills to offer competitive, tailored solutions for every business no matter how they take payments.

Cassandra looks forward to creating positive change in her community by providing business owners with the resources, expertise, and services to maximize their potential.

Vice President

Mike Michaud

Michael graduated from St. John's Preparatory School in Danvers, MA before earning a Dual Bachelors degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. He followed his heart and spent the next 5 years serving in the United States Marine Corps where he earned meritorious recognition as a Jet Engine and Fuel Specialist.

After service, Michael worked with GE Aviation and used the GI Bill to study carpentry at North Bennet Street School in Boston. While in School he started to get involved in the ATM and Payment Industry and quickly became passionate about running and growing the business with Cassandra.

Michael spent several years after school balancing multiple jobs but ultimately the growth of Loon Financial became something Michael wanted to pursue full time. Michael's ability to craft, innovate and leverage potential where it is not often noticed has proven valuable in business and beyond.
